Garden Shows, Flower Festivals and Famous Gardens

Whether you want inspiration from the show gardens, see the latest in roses, investigate the latest in garden technology, pick up a bargain at the end of the show or simply just like flowers, a garden show provides a great day out.  Keen gardeners all over the country dream of visiting the most famous ones. Unfortunately, not everyone lives locally. However, for you, a short break could provide the ideal solution.

Whilst we cannot supply just the tickets, we are able to provide you with accommodation with or without tickets or a package including transport and accommodation, with tickets of course.

The RHS Chelsea Flower Show

Arguably the Chelsea Flower Show is the greatest flower show in the world. Previously known as the Great Spring Show, it has been held since 1862. It moved to the Royal Hospital in 1913 and since then has gone from strength to strength. The next one will be held from the 24th to the 28th of May 2016, although the first two days are only open to RHS members.

The RHS Hampton Court Flower Show

With a backdrop of Wolsey's Hamton Court palace, the Hampton Court Flower show is the largest annual flower show in the world. Much more recent than Chelsea, the first was held in 1990, but the RHS has only been involved since 1992. The next Hampton Court Flower Show will take place from the 5 July to the 10 July 2016.

RHS Flower Show Tatton Park

This has been held every year at Tatton Park, near Knutsford, cheshire since 1999. It takes place in 28 acres of show ground and has over 500 exhibitors attending. This will next take place between 20 to 24 July 2016.

Recently, RHS Tatton Park has been instrumental in raising the profile of the latest trends in garden design, with its RHS Young Designer of the Year Award and the Visionary Gardens. On a slightly different note, another of its highlights is the RHS National Flower Bed Competition, where municipal park departments from all over the country compete to produce the best bedding in a standard 6x4ft bed. In addition there are show gardens and the Floral Marquee.
